Widebody kit design for the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupé, for London-based luxury tuner Onyx Concept Ltd.

 

With an advanced design feel, the Mercedes Onyx G6 carbon fibre kit was designed and built to add a more extreme character and an aggressive lower stance to the GLE Coupé.

Its design and build process went from design concept ideation through digital renderings on Adobe Photoshop®, clay modelling and composite tooling to the fabrication of carbon fibre parts. An exclusive branding was also developed for this model.

 

Mercedes Onyx G6's are mostly GLE 63 S AMG 5.5 V8 twin-turbo 585bhp versions, and can be spotted in London, Manchester, Johannesburg, Zurich, Geneva and Germany.
